By accessing or using thecashkings.com (the "Site"), purchasing any product, or enrolling in any course offered by The Cash Kings ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from us. By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@thecashkings.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or limited stock. Payment is processed by third-party providers; by paying you also accept their terms.

Course purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share login credentials, or use the content to train AI models or competing products. Violation results in immediate termination without refund.

Monitors, chairs, and merchandise are subject to availability. Product images are representative; minor variations in color, finish, or hardware may occur. Warranty terms for hardware are provided by the manufacturer and supplemented by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee (see Returns Policy).

All Site content — including the Cash Kings name, wordmark, logos, course materials, photography, and copy — is owned by or licensed to The Cash Kings and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use any of it commercially without written permission.

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; infringe intellectual property; harass other users or our team; introduce malware; scrape content at scale; or attempt to circumvent security measures.

Courses are educational and do not guarantee any financial result. Past performance of any instructor is not indicative of future results. The Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Cash Kings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Cash Kings, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, except where prohibited.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
