Lifetime. Buy once, including every future update to that programme. We re-record modules whenever the playbook changes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to 62 countries. Displays and seating ship from regional warehouses in the US, EU, UK, and Australia to keep duties and transit times low.

What's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Hardware: 30-day no-questions return on unopened items, 14 days if opened. Apparel: 14 days unworn. Courses: 7-day refund if you've completed less than 20% of the content.

Are the chairs and displays actually used by your team?

Every product in the shop is something at least three team members use daily. If we don't trust it on our own desk, it doesn't get listed.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Is there a payment plan for courses?

Yes. Programmes over $300 can be split into 3 or 6 monthly payments at checkout, with no interest.

Who teaches the courses?

Only operators who've actually done the thing. Every lead instructor has at least seven figures of verified results in their domain — receipts available on request.
