Shipping Policy
From our regional warehouses to your desk — handled with care.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the following business day. Custom-embroidered merch adds 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Domestic shipping (United States)
- Merch (Standard): $6.95 — 3–6 business days. Free over $100.
- Merch (Express): $18 — 1–2 business days.
- Monitors: Free freight shipping, 4–7 business days. Signature required.
- Chairs: Free freight shipping, 5–8 business days. Curbside delivery.
International shipping
We ship to 62 countries from regional warehouses in the US, EU, UK, and Australia to keep transit times and duties manageable.
- Canada / Mexico: 5–10 business days
- UK / EU: 3–7 business days from regional hub
- Australia / New Zealand: 4–8 business days from regional hub
- Rest of world: 7–18 business days
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected speed.
Duties & taxes
For shipments outside the US, EU, UK, and AU, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. We declare full retail value on customs forms — please do not ask us to under-declare.
Tracking
Every order receives a tracking link by email. Freight orders (chairs, displays) include a phone-call scheduling step from the carrier. If tracking stalls for more than 5 business days, email support@thecashkings.com and we'll investigate.
Lost or damaged in transit
Inspect freight items before signing. If a package arrives visibly damaged, note "damaged" on the carrier's receipt and email us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace damaged or lost shipments at no cost to you.
Address accuracy
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute freight shipments once dispatched. Returned-to-sender orders due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Restrictions
Some hardware cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote islands. We will notify you within 24 hours if your address is unservable and offer alternatives or a refund.
