Returns & Refunds

Hardware — displays, chairs, desk accessories

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all hardware. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened items can be returned within 14 days, subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover refurbishment.

Items must be in original packaging with all accessories. We provide a prepaid return label for orders shipped within the contiguous US; international customers pay return shipping.

Merchandise — apparel & accessories

Unworn merch with tags attached can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Final sale items and custom embroidery are not eligible.

Courses & digital products

Programs come with a 7-day refund window provided you have completed less than 20% of the content. After that point access is non-refundable. Payment plans can be cancelled at any time but completed modules remain billable.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a defect within the manufacturer warranty period, email support@thecashkings.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or repair at no cost.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@thecashkings.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We respond within one business day with an RMA number and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label or carrier of choice.
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.

  • Custom-embroidered or personalized merch
  • Downloaded digital files outside the 7-day course window
