Hardware — displays, chairs, desk accessories
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all hardware. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened items can be returned within 14 days, subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover refurbishment.
Items must be in original packaging with all accessories. We provide a prepaid return label for orders shipped within the contiguous US; international customers pay return shipping.
Merchandise — apparel & accessories
Unworn merch with tags attached can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Final sale items and custom embroidery are not eligible.
Courses & digital products
Programs come with a 7-day refund window provided you have completed less than 20% of the content. After that point access is non-refundable. Payment plans can be cancelled at any time but completed modules remain billable.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a defect within the manufacturer warranty period, email support@thecashkings.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or repair at no cost.
How to start a return
- Email support@thecashkings.com with your order number and reason.
- We respond within one business day with an RMA number and instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided label or carrier of choice.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
